How long does setup take?
A few days. We configure your rules, availability, and tone together, test with you, then connect your line. No training needed for your team.
Does she understand accents and English?
Yes. She answers in French and English, understands a wide range of accents, and switches languages to match the guest.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Guests dial the same number as before. Nothing changes for them, except someone always answers.
What about deposits and no-shows?
She applies your policy. Card on file or a deposit, depending on party size, explained at the right moment. Fees are charged only after the grace period you set.
How much does it cost?
$349 a month on All inclusive: the receptionist plus the full reservation software. Standard is $77. No per-call or per-minute charges, and no reservation fees. Price locked 12 months in writing.
What if my guests prefer a person on the floor?
They can have one. The call transfers to your team under rules you set: parties of 14 and up, complaints, special requests. You stay in control.
