How does the 24/7 receptionist work?

What kinds of calls does she handle?
Bookings, changes, cancellations, hours, menu, parking, patio, groups, and events. For anything else she transfers to your team or takes a message.
How long does setup take?
A few days. We configure your rules, availability, and tone together, test with you, then connect your line. No training needed for your team.
Does she understand accents and English?
Yes. She answers in French and English, understands a wide range of accents, and switches languages to match the guest.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Guests dial the same number as before. Nothing changes for them, except someone always answers.
What about deposits and no-shows?
She applies your policy. Card on file or a deposit, depending on party size, explained at the right moment. Fees are charged only after the grace period you set.
